Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.
Instant-access digital products (PDF downloads, audio and reader access) are exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your prior express consent, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
