Refund policy

At Digital Polyglot, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a cancellation, return, or refund.

1) Cancellations (Important)

Many of our items are produced print on demand, meaning they can move into production soon after an order is placed.

  • Before production: If your order has not entered production, a cancellation may be possible.

  • In production or shipped: Once an order is in production or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and may not be possible.

If you would like to request a cancellation, please email support@digitalpolyglot.com as soon as possible with your order number.

2) 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging and be resalable.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

4) How to Start a Return (Authorization Required)

To request a return, email support@digitalpolyglot.com for authorization.

  • Do not send returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

  • Approved returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. We do not guarantee processing of packages sent to any address published online without prior approval.

5) Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, any re-shipping fees will also be the customer’s responsibility.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping damage must be reported with photographic evidence.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

  • If applicable, we may offer a replacement or refund after assessment.

7) Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items (e.g., items customized specifically for you)

8) Bundles and Multi-Item Orders

If your order includes a bundle or multiple items:

  • Bundles must be returned as a bundle. We do not accept partial returns of individual items from a bundle purchase.

  • Returns of multiple separate items from the same order may be subject to review and must meet the eligibility requirements above.

9) Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

10) EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in resalable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

11) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the result.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Payment Fees

Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) are non-refundable where applicable. If you cancel after completing payment, the refund may exclude these transaction fees.

If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@digitalpolyglot.com.

12) Inspection and Partial Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection.

  • Items returned in non-original condition, with missing parts, or with damage not due to our error may qualify for a partial refund or be rejected.

  • A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to returns of high-value items or those requiring additional handling.
